Parcels shipped with Register service can be tracked through the Cyprus Post office website. Details for each order can be found in our website after completing payment and order confirmation.
You can trace through Geniki Taxydromiki courier the course of a postal item from the time of its posting until its delivery. Just visit Geniki's track & trace website and enter the item number that you want to track.

Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed below. Orders are properly completed after credit card authorizations are obtained and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, Zippo.com.cy reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email.
Unfortunately we are unable to split ship orders to different addresses. We are happy to ship your order where you need it to go, but you will need to place a separate order for each address that you need items shipped to. Shipping and handling rates, as well as applicable sales taxes, apply for each delivery address.
We are happy to ship to addresses within Cyprus. We are unable to ship to international addresses. If you are outside of Cyprus, please visit the authorized Zippo retailer in your country.
Due to carrier shipping regulations, Zippo windproof lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. To use your Zippo lighter, fill with Zippo premium lighter fluid.
There are several products like: fuel, lighter fluid, and Classic and Slim lighter gift sets that must ship standard ground due to carrier restrictions. If you order other products within an order that includes one of these products, expedited shipping is not a valid option for shipping.
After credit card verification, your order will be shipped from Nicosia, Cyprus and will be delivered within 4-6 business days

Zippo.com.cy does not currently offer expedited shipping.
